I called Pleazer for a second opinion after the first appliance guy told me it would be upwards of $1000 to fix it. He came when he said he\'d be here, climbed an extension ladder to diagnose my problem, and pulled some duct tape off of the fan blade. My hood is now quiet again, and I was extremely happy to pay a tenth of what I had originally been quoted.

Chris, the owner of Pleazer, took real good care of my appliance issue and my family. Had a Dryer break at my Fathers home. He is elderly and has cognitive issues. Chris was very sensitive to that and helped my father feel comfortable with the process. It was much appreciated and I recommend his service with full confidence.

Just wanted to say thanks again for excellent and honest service. You have now saved me thousands of dollars, first for a vent system on a hood that another service said needed an entirely new motor or fan (but you found there was a piece of duct tape in the fan, Cost $0.00) and now for new igniter switches which first estimate (I will learn to contact you first next time! I promise) said would be nearly $1000 and you completed for $300. Please post this as a testimonial and thank you!
